Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with BPT members to deeply understand their unique interests, passions, and aspirations
  • Research and identify unique cultural experiences, exclusive events, and one-of-a-kind adventures that align with member preferences
  • Design bespoke travel itineraries that seamlessly integrate enriching lifestyle experiences into their journeys
  • Leverage your extensive network of global suppliers, vendors, and industry contacts to secure access to rare and exclusive opportunities
  • Oversee the planning and execution of all logistical details to ensure a flawless member experience
  • Continuously explore new trends, innovations, and emerging destinations to expand BPT's experiential offerings
  • Document and share best practices, insights, and learnings to enhance the team's collective knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle design
  • Demonstrated track record of creating highly customized, memorable experiences for discerning clientele
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in foreign languages (particularly European and Asian languages) is a significant advantage
  • Passion for global cultures, the arts, gastronomy, and unique experiential travel
  • Willingness to travel extensively both domestically and internationally

Accountant
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting the overall financial management of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general accounting duties, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and variance analysis
  • Conduct month-end and year-end closings, ensuring all accounts are properly reconciled
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
  • Assist with tax preparation and audit support as needed
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards
  • Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Adaptable to changes and able to multi-task in a dynamic work environment
  • CPA or CMA certification is preferred, but not required
